A Few Things To Remember

You and your new mattress need time to adjust to one another during the 100 nights. 

Give it time alone

It’s hard to not just put your mattress cover and bedding on right away, but give it about 4 hours or so to just breathe and acclimate to your home.

Show it some affection

Mattresses can be a little firm at first so it’s a good idea to massage it by walking on it gently or crawling to loosen it up some.

Build a relationship

You’ve been accustomed to sleeping on a different bed and your new mattress has never been slept on. Sleep on it every night for a minimum of 45 nights so you both can adjust.

All the fine print. This is a MUST READ!

Just like buying a brand new pair of shoes you and your new mattress will need to adjust. Most people, as a matter of fact, experience some temporary discomfort with their new mattress after the purchase. This doesn’t mean, however, that you made a bad decision, but simply that it’s materials and your hips, shoulders and spine are working together to correct some of the alignment issues you’ve been experiencing on your other bed. Since we know this is true we ask you to take at least 45 nights to allow for a break-in period. After 45 nights, if you’re convinced it will not work, we will try our best to pair you up with the right mattress within the 100 Night Comfort Guarantee. Our 100 Night Comfort Guarantee is valid for one exchange per purchase and must be initiated within 100 days of the delivery of your original purchase. You may exchange it once, with an exchange fee of $99 plus a charge for pick-up and delivery at the current rate for pick-up and delivery at the time of the exchange. The remainder of the subtotal will be returned to you, the original purchaser, as a credit toward another mattress in our store. Any sales tax from the original purchase or remainder of the return credit will not be refunded. Goodland Furniture & Sleep Center is unable to exchange or refund stained, unsanitary or damaged mattresses under our 100 Night Comfort Guarantee. Also, if you remove the original law tag from the mattress or foundation, it will void the 100 Night Comfort Guarantee. The 100 Night Comfort Guarantee is valid only on full price, brand new mattresses size twin, twin xl, full, queen and king that are purchased with a mattress protector from our store. Any purchases of “special” sizes, camper sizes or California kings and split California kings are not eligible for the 100 Night Comfort Guarantee. Any discounts or deals other than advertised specials and sales are not eligible for the 100 Night Comfort Guarantee. Sheets, pillows, mattress protectors and adjustable bases purchased with the mattress or separately from the mattress are not eligible for the 100 Night Comfort Guarantee. Clearance, preowned merchandise, floor models and demos are not eligible for the 100 Night Comfort Guarantee. On the occasion you feel that you must return your mattress during your 100 Night Comfort Guarantee or because of a warranty issue, the product must be inspected prior to exchanging before it can be accepted and returned. If your bed does not have it’s original law tags, is unsanitary, stained or damaged or is contaminated by insects it cannot be exchanged and is ineligible for the 100 Night Comfort Guarantee.
