101-Night Sleep Trial

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 101-Night Sleep Trial on all mattresses. This allows you to experience the comfort and support of your new mattress in your own home.

To qualify for the 101-Night Sleep Trial:

• Break-in Period: You must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 3 weeks (21 nights) to allow your body to adjust.
• Mattress Protector: You must purchase and use an approved mattress protector from our store throughout the trial period.
• Legal Tag: The legal tag attached to the mattress must remain intact.

If, after the 3-week break-in period and within 101 nights of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your mattress, you may exchange it for a different mattress of equal or lesser value.

• Exchange: Exchanges will be processed as store credit.
• Non-Refundable: This policy does not include cash refunds.

• This policy applies to mattresses only.
• Mattresses must be in clean and undamaged condition for exchange.
• This policy may be subject to change without prior notice.
